	Isabella Wong -- Feedback: I purchased a bouquet of flower through their website www.jakartaflowers.com which was registered under Creative Holdings, based in San Francisco, CA. The website advertised a bouquet of flower that I ordered but when item was delivered, the product that was sent was a completely different bouquet of flower that I ordered. I paid the premium price according to their website with the type of flowers & floral arrangement as stated in the website, but when they were going to deliver the product, they contacted me to say that the flower color was not available and requested to change the color. I did approve of the color change but do not approve of anything else being changed. What happened was they send a completely different bouquet arrangement which cost less than what I paid for. I disputed this with them, they argued that I agreed with the change. I only agree with the color change of the flower, but not the design of the whole bouquet.
